1. Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Prices may change at any time. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Product information

We describe our products using the measurements published by the maker: capacity in litres, dimensions in centimetres and inches, empty weight, laptop fit and the fabric's water resistance. Where a maker does not publish a figure we say so rather than estimating one. Colors can look different on different screens, and dimensions and weights are approximate.

No Ridgework product is waterproof unless its product page states a specific rating. Products described as water-repellent or water-resistant are not rated for submersion.

4. Shipping

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our shipping page for the full timeline.

5. Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Ridgework pays return shipping and charges no restocking fee. See our returns and refunds page for the full terms.

6. Warranty

Every product carries a 180-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects and damage in transit. See the warranty page for what is covered and what is not.

7. Use of this site

You agree not to use this store to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to copy its content, product photography or branding for your own commercial use. The Ridgework name and this site's content belong to us.

8. Intellectual property
