Shipping is free on all orders. We ship within the United States only.

How long an order takes

Every order goes through two stages. We publish both so you can see the whole timeline rather than just part of it.

• Dispatch: 1 to 4 business days. Your order is collected from the maker and prepared for export by our overseas fulfilment partner. Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
• Delivery: a further 7 to 9 business days once the order has been dispatched.

In practice most US orders arrive 8 to 13 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Where orders ship from

Ridgework designs and specifies its range and sources it through manufacturing partners in Asia. Orders are prepared and dispatched by our overseas fulfilment partner rather than from a warehouse inside the United States. That is why the dispatch window above is a few days rather than same-day.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to begin updating after you receive it.

Shipping method

One shipping speed is offered. There is no express option at this time.

Duties and taxes

There is nothing further to pay on delivery. Prices shown exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies.

If your order is late

If 13 business days have passed since you ordered and your tracking has not updated, email support@ridgework.shop with your order number. We reply to every message within 24 hours, seven days a week. If we cannot deliver within the window published above, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
