We want this store to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or screen magnification.

What we aim for

We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as a practical target. In concrete terms that means readable text contrast, descriptive alternative text on product images, labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus, and a page structure that follows a sensible heading order.

Where we know we fall short

This is a new store and we have not had it independently audited. Some third-party components, such as the checkout and any embedded content, are not fully under our control. We would rather say that than claim full conformance.

Tell us about a problem

If something on this site is hard or impossible for you to use, email support@ridgework.shop and tell us what you were trying to do, which page you were on, and what assistive technology you use. We reply within 24 hours, seven days a week, and we will fix what we can.
