Intellectual Property Notice

Ridgework respects intellectual property rights and expects the same of others. This page explains our position and how to raise a concern with us.

Our position

We do not sell counterfeit goods, replicas or items described as inspired by another brand. We do not stock products carrying another company's logo, monogram, or distinctive hardware or silhouette. If a supplier offers us something that does, we decline it.

Our own content

The Ridgework name, the content of this site and our product descriptions belong to Orev Capital LLC. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

If you believe your rights are being infringed

If you own intellectual property rights and believe something on this store infringes them, email support@ridgework.shop with the subject line "IP notice" and include:

  1. Your name, organisation, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  2. Identification of the right you are asserting, for example a trademark registration number or a description of the copyrighted work.
  3. The URL of each product page or image on this store that you believe infringes it.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do next

We acknowledge every notice within 24 hours. We will remove or disable access to the material identified while we review it, and we will tell you the outcome. We would rather take something down and look into it than leave a disputed listing up.

Counter-notice

If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address with the subject line "IP counter-notice", identifying the material and the URL where it appeared, and explaining why you believe it does not infringe.
