Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Ridgework pays the return shipping cost, and there is no restocking fee or handling charge of any kind.
What we accept
The item must be unused or only lightly used, and complete. We do not accept items that have been worn in, damaged through use, or altered.
How to start a return
- Email support@ridgework.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within 24 hours, seven days a week, with return instructions and a prepaid label or a reimbursement for the postage, whichever applies to your location.
- Send the item back using the instructions we provide.
Returns without sending the item back
In some cases we will approve a refund without asking you to return the item. This is at our discretion and depends on the item and the reason for the return. If it applies to your order, we will tell you when we reply, and you will not need to ship anything.
Refunds
Where a return is required, refunds are issued within 2 business days of the returned item reaching us. Where no return is required, refunds are issued within 2 business days of approval.
Refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the refund on your statement, which is outside our control.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or a different color, request a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us with your order number and photographs of what arrived. This is covered by our 180-day limited warranty and you will not be asked to pay anything.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under the policy above.
Exceptions
There are none. Every product in the Ridgework range carries the same 30-day return policy. We do not run final-sale or clearance categories.
