Warranty Claim

Use the form below to make a claim under the 180-day limited warranty.

In your message, please include:

• Your order number. We cannot process a claim without it.
• Which item the claim is for, including the color.
• What has gone wrong, and when you first noticed it.

We reply to every claim within 24 hours, seven days a week. Our reply will ask you to send photographs of the fault by email so we can assess it, so there is no need to attach anything to this form.

If the claim is approved we will either replace the item or refund it. You will not be asked to pay for return shipping.
